Team
Leader has a qualified technical, administrative, legal, commercial and financial team. Beatriz Ferrer. Lawyer, urban planner and promoter.
During the years 1986–1,991, he combined his studies in U. Complutense Law with his work as a real estate salesperson at Promotora CELYCOM and with his public relations employment in fashionable stores.
Upon graduating in law and training in Urban Planning, she began to work as Legal and Commercial Director at MIFESA, successfully developing more than 15 works for this company, initially as an employee and later as a partner.
Since 1996 it has been established as a Promoter developing 15 emblematic works and others of less importance. Due to his empathy and good work, he managed to forge an extensive portfolio of clients that he maintains.
In order to save the 2008 crisis, he combined the little real estate activity with his training as a Master IESE Business School in General Management, and with the construction of a Hotel in Denia (El Bichet), which he managed for 10 years.
To this day, he continues to develop real estate promotions with the same enthusiasm as always and with much more experience.
He studied at the Polytechnic combining his studies of Architecture with works as Head of Works, specializing in rehabilitation and in the design of exhibition pavilions, premises and buildings. During this period, he became part of Promotora BAU S.A. and TELUR S.A. As Project and New Investments Manager, carrying out, under his responsibility, more than 30 projects.
Since 1995 he established himself as a liberal professional, executing buildings and specializing in planning, understanding that the study of soil, the raw material of the sector, favors the execution of large developments.
In 1999 he founded Arata Arquitectura, standing out for innovating and projecting, putting into practice his skill in technical and bureaucratic procedures. During many of those years, Moisés as Architect and Beatriz as Promoter, worked together.
